Q: When do we need to get measured?
A: Measurements must be completed at least 2 months prior to event. An appointment is required for 2 or more men at one time.

Q: What do I do about out-of-town guys?
A: Most wedding parties have out-of-town people who need to get measured at a tuxedo shop in their area and mail, fax, email, or call their measurements in to us.

Q: When can we pick up our tuxedos?
A: Tuxedos arrive individually the week of the wedding beginning Tuesday, and continue Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday. Once your tuxedos arrive the groom will be notified, and it is his responsibility to notify the men in his party. We then ask that each person come in as soon as possible to try on his tuxedo.

Q: When do we return the tuxedos?
A: All Tuxedo Rentals are due back the day after your event! There is a $25/day Late Fee per Tuxedo that is not returned on time. There are no exceptions.
